Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist in Albert Lea, Minnesota

We're looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at our new Skilled Nursing & Assisting Living locations in Albert Lea, MN. This PT contract is available for two locations that are just 5 minutes apart!

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with various physical conditions.
Implement and monitor therapy programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care to improve outcomes.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient goals.
Requirements:

Active and current Physical Therapist license in the state of MN.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
