📌 Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) helps patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working activities. The role focuses on enhancing independence and quality of life for individuals with physical, mental, or developmental conditions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills (ADLs)
Provide therapy for motor skills, coordination, and sensory processing
Recommend and train patients on assistive devices and adaptive equipment
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home care
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care

🎓 Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid Occupational Therapist license
CPR/BLS Certification (preferred)

💼 Experience Required

1–3+ years of experience in occupational therapy (preferred)
