Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)
π Job Summary
The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or post-surgical conditions in an outpatient setting. The role focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function through customized therapy programs.
π Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and rehabilitation techniques

Treat conditions such as injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly

Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams

Ensure a safe and effective therapy environment
π Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent

Valid Physical Therapist license
-
CPR/BLS Certification (preferred)

1β3+ years of experience in outpatient physical therapy (preferred)
