📌 Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) helps patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. This role focuses on enhancing independence and quality of life for individuals with physical, mental, or developmental conditions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Assess patients’ physical, mental, and emotional conditions
Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
Help patients improve daily living skills (e.g., dressing, eating, mobility)
Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
Educate patients and families on therapy and home care
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care

🎓 Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid Occupational Therapist License
CPR/BLS Certification (preferred)

💼 Experience Required

1–3+ years of experience in occupational therapy (preferred)
