Job Title: Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist)

📌 Job Summary

The Speech Therapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. The role focuses on improving communication skills and enhancing patients’ quality of life.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized therapy and treatment plans
Conduct therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing abilities
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
Maintain accurate patient documentation and records

🎓 Required Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Valid Speech Therapist/SLP license or certification
Certification such as CCC-SLP (preferred)

💼 Experience Required

1–3+ years of experience in speech therapy (preferred)
