Job Title: Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist)

📌 Job Summary

The Speech Therapist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. This role focuses on improving communication abilities and enhancing overall quality of life.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Conduct therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing skills
Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans as needed
Educate patients and families on exercises and communication strategies
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Support patients with cognitive-communication disorders

🎓 Required Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Valid Speech Therapist/SLP license
CCC-SLP certification (preferred)

💼 Experience Required

1–3+ years of experience in speech therapy (preferred)
