Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. The therapist will work with individuals affected by injury, illness, or disability to enhance their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve daily living and motor skills.
Help patients regain independence in activities such as dressing, eating, and working.
Use therapeutic techniques, exercises, and adaptive equipment.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Educate patients and families on therapy routines and home care.
Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Valid license/registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or clinics.
Ability to handle patients with physical, neurological, or developmental conditions.
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
Hospitals, rehabilitation centers, clinics, or home healthcare settings
May involve working with children, elderly, or disabled patients
