Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses and improve their mobility and physical function.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by physical therapists

- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
- Provide support and encouragement to patients throughout the rehabilitation process
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of therapy equipment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's degree in physical therapy assisting or related field
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and strength to assist patients with exercises and activities
- Compassion and empathy for patients undergoing rehabilitation
