Job Summary: A Speech Therapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. They work with patients of all ages to improve their speech, language, and cognitive skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
2. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
3. State licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
6. Patience and compassion in dealing with patients facing communication challenges.
7. Proficiency in utilizing various therapy techniques and technologies.
