Job Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:

2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
3. Utilize various modalities and techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment, to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
4. Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, therapeutic exercises, and self-management techniques.
5. Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
6. Document and maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with legal and professional standards.
7. Collaborate and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and refer patients to other specialists when necessary.
8. Stay updated with industry advances and research to provide evidence-based practices and improve patient care.
9. Adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations governing the profession.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
3. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
4. Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and implement appropriate treatment plans.
5. Excellent clinical and problem-solving skills to address patients' individual needs effectively.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and caregivers.
7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
8. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle varying caseloads.
9. Knowledge of industry-standard rehabilitation equipment and therapeutic techniques.
10. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to maintain accurate documentation.
11. Commitment to continuing education and staying updated with recent advancements in the field.
12. Valid CPR certification.
