We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic therapy team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality speech, language, voice, and communication therapy services to children from infancy through adolescence. You will collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that support children’s growth and communication development.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings and therapy goals.
Deliver speech-language therapy to pediatric clients in clinical, school, or home settings.
Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support carryover of skills.
Maintain detailed and accurate records, documentation, and progress notes.
Educate families on strategies and techniques to improve communication at home.
Stay current with best practices and evidence-based therapy approaches.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Pediatric experience required (clinical placements or prior work)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse developmental needs
Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Apraxia, or feeding disorders
Bilingual (Spanish, Hindi, etc.) preferred but not required
Familiarity with AAC devices and assistive technology
Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary environment
