Job title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them recover from injuries, surgeries, or other physical conditions that have limited their mobility or caused pain. The Physical Therapist will develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and determine their individual needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' specific goals
- Use a variety of techniques, such as exercise, massage, and heat therapy, to help patients regain mobility and reduce pain
- Teach patients how to properly perform exercises and use assistive devices
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
