Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The ideal candidate will work closely with children, families, educators, and healthcare professionals to help children improve their communication skills and achieve developmental milestones.
Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders in pediatric patients.
Develop individualized therapy plans based on evaluation results and set measurable goals.
Provide one-on-one therapy and group sessions using evidence-based techniques.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare providers to support each child's progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each client.
Educate and guide parents/caregivers in techniques to support language and speech development at home.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP/IFSP goals as needed.
Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in pediatric speech therapy.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) and state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Prior experience in pediatric speech therapy is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Patience, empathy, and creativity when working with children and their families.
